Where are you located?

All of our candles are made by hand and shipped from Canton, GA.

Where do you ship to?

We can ship anywhere in the USA—including US territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Which mail carriers do you use?

We currently ship via USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground.

When will my order be delivered?

We'll ship your order the next business day Monday through Friday. Orders placed late Friday or over the weekend will be shipped out the following Monday.

Delivery is typically within 2-5 business days depending on the destination address. Orders being delivered in the southeastern USA will typically be delivered in 1-3 business days and 3-5 business days outside of the southeast.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes we do! If your order arrives damaged or if you're unhappy with the items ordered, please contact us and we'll be happy to send a replacement or exchange the items. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
